Which B-C Paper Funders Will Fund A Sole Prop that has a personal account, but will add the dba to the account before funding?

No they won't and no business funder will. Once you deposit into a personal account it becomes a personal loan.

Yes, several but it will be for a personal loan NOT a business loan. If you want a personal loan google it and dozens will pop up.
