We are seeing more and more clients that can not fit into a MCA to consolidate debt. Some of our clients have hard titled assets.

Who is a true Lender that can close these?

The majority of lenders that are capable of providing underwriting are not marketed similarly to MCA providers and the access is just as limited. If you want to discuss any files you'd like us to take a look at, we can find the placement for it with a fair deal revenue split. Were generally looking for property valuations of $1.5 million and above, and inventory/equipment/AR assets of $1 million and above.

Always tough to do, most of these guys use a percentage of liquidation value. Usually means for a 100,000.00 the client feels the equipment is worth he is likely only going to get 25,000.00
