    What Lenders Do Not Require PG?

    Does Anyone Know What Lenders Do Not Require Personal Guarantee For Loans or MCA?

    We have done validity guarantees instead of personal guarantees.

    CAN CAP I believe does not have PG

    We offer factoring facilities and asset based lines of credit. The ABL facilities would be considered loans. We have always offered both products.

    No PG or no COJ?
    Ignore the merchant's request for a minute and focus on the reason behind the request/objection. What's the real challenge here that needs to be fixed?

    good point, I've had this happen in the past and the Merchant ended up being in an open bankruptcy
