Line of Credit - Home as Collateral
Hello, I have a client in Nevada who is seeking a line of credit backed by his property in Lake Tahoe. There is plenty of equity in the home and he has monthly income. Is there anyone who can assist me on this deal?

If it's an investment yes, if its its his primary residence no... and you would need a licensed broker for that transaction.
