Non income producing real estate financing?
Looking for a lender to do a cash out refinance or a construction loan on a non income producing mixed use property. 2 store fronts and 6 rental units. CS is over 700. Any lenders that would do this type of funding?

There are hundreds of chartered banks that would do this deal. If you can get paid via PSF inbox me.
