Dunn and Bradstreet Leads
hi everyone. Quick question hoping someone can assist with....If I purchase a lead list from Dunn & Bradstreet and email blast them, does this fall under the can-SPAM act? I would include an address as well as an unsubscribe.

yes it will, if you don't have opt in permission you open yourself up to these people bringing litigation against you
