Hey All,

I have a merchant in the real estate fix and flip niche that is looking for 30-50k and is willing to use real estate as collateral.

He does about 20k a month, owns a property free and clear that is valued at about 65k

No MCA balances, tax liens, or hx of bankruptcy

His CS is just under 600

I wanted to send him to a couple of places but due to his credit score and annual revenue, he does not qualify
