I have heard the same thing, can't confirm it because I have avoided funding behind a reverse, but from what I understand it's a breach of contract under a reverse deal and they enforce it.

mantis will although they will most likely advise you to tell merchant open another account and they will fund that one as per previous post on forum. Be very careful funding behind a reverse once they catch it, which they will once they log in for the weekly deposit, they will stop depositing and keep debiting their daily which will most likely cause merchant to default, coj get filed and everyone gets f*kd
