I have a merchant who is looking for 75k in working capital. The projects he’s working on pay weekly instead of carrying a 60 to 90 day invoices.

They are paid on scale tickets to move dirt from the sand pit to the job. The contract is set for $7.00 dollars a yrd, based on twenty five yrds. Per truck. They will have 30 trucks working, doing 275k a week.

Gross monthly =1.1m a month
Net monthly. = 250k a month

All trucks are independent contractors.

Contractors are paid weekly after settlements.

 Looking to pay off the loan in 30-60 days. Merchant has poor credit. Any suggestions?

We can look at something like this, Credit wont be a factor, but we will need to see a copy of the contracts for how they get paid and will need to be verifiable.
