    seems like he got best case scenario. he will be out within 2 years and maybe sooner if they make pot legal in ny

    By far the dumbest thing I've read. He got the mandatory sentence which is 10 years. This is fed time buddy, he will get credit for his 17 months time served. Making weed legal in NY won't have anything to do with this.

    my bad , i am a merchant cash advance expert dont really know much about criminals .was just going off the news stating that people who are in prison for weed related crimes will get released if it becomes legal.
