Yes, we are going to run a large campaign and want to keep the emails and SMS sent until we reach them, as well follow up once we make contact.

Be cautious of Spam complaints. Is your list all verified opt-in email addresses or did you purchase data?

For large lists, you may want your own virtual server with a Class C IP's along with your own DNS .

100% agree with Dave, that is why I asked you if you were contacting current customers that have applied with you. If you plan on buying list of email and phone #'s and spamming them, then prepare for multiple lawsuits and you will lose. As long as you have permission from your customers (opt in) type permission, you are in the clear.
