NY, NJ, Connecticut Metro Area- ACTUAL BANK UNSECURED LINES OF CREDIT
Not Unsecured credit cards- actual bank revolvers up to 250k.
We are working exclusively with 3 separate banks in the NY Metro area that are providing Unsecured LOC's for business owners with strong credit profiles.
Bank statements are not reviewed- so clients that have MCA positions are not a concern. Actual losses on returns are not a challenge either- within reason.
Package is: last filed Corporate return (with K-1), & our application
Process takes 5 business days. Interest rates (NOT FACTOR RATES) are approximately 10% revolving annually with a one month clean up.
