Doctor with Collateral seeking equity line of credit.
Hey I have a doctor who is seeking a equity line of credit backed by collateral. He has a home that is worth 980k and in the last 30 days it was recently appraised. He currently owes 400k on his home. Can anyone help me find an equity line of credit.

Most banks offer equity LOC on homes.

Any local bank can get the DR a HELOC if LTV is under 80% and credit is decent
