My client has a 24 year old LLC that only does about 80K per year. He has the opportunity to buy a 35 year old established and profitable restaurant in FL. His sister has worked there for 23 years and runs the place so she will keep on as the GM. Has no collateral but has 780 plus credit scores on all 3 bureaus. Needs 150K out of the 600K purchase price for the down payment.
