    Merchant asking for sample agreement

    I am speaking to a lead that asked me to provide a sample agreement so that he can understand the contract language.

    Not sure what to do as he is looking for a considerable amount ($150k-$175k)

    Any thoughts?

    Send him a generic contract -
    If your funder uses UCC and/or COJ send him a sample

    I agree, not to mention the verbiage in a contract is not going to help you close the deal at all! Address the concerns/expectations and close!
