The borrower wanted soft terms before running his credit, so I sent the file to Elevate since they don't do credit checks. And they came back saying he had 2 judgements from 2017. I let the borrower know this and he sent me zero balance letters from 2017. I was wondering if anyone would have interest in this file?

What were the judgments in 2017? MCA related debt or something with a vendor, or totally different?

If the ZBLs on the judgements can be verified, we can offer something, I dont know about 80k 1st position on a previous default. The only way i would have a chance to get there is if he has CC processing and Banks at a National Bank.
