I have a client that owns a small incorporated 24 years tile business (less than 100K annually). And he and his sister have the opportunity to buy a 35 year old profitable restaurant. He will buy it in his name. The sale price is 600K, however they only need 150K for the down payment. No collateral. State of Florida.

Does anybody have the connection for this type of loan? He has a 780 + FICO and Experian and TransuUnion Score.

The banks wont touch it because it is a bar and restaurant.

He can use his tile business for daily payments for the purchase of the restaurant. Thru a WBL commercial loan, for 12+/- months, he may qualify for funding. Possibly this client has collateral that he can use to secure the repayment of the loan? We have solutions.

Also, on a separate note....I have a tile/flooring installation company that would like to bid additional jobs that area pending in the commercial/residential space. I'd like to know more about the tile business to see if there is a fit there.
