Honestly, since you guys switched to docusign and less COJs your speed has gone up drastically.... I think I had a renewal last month that was Funded in like 30 minutes of having contracts in- within an hour of receiving approval. Keep it up!

I agree in many cases speed is not that important but i would say a nice chunk of merchants are shopping and or in touch with other brokers so its important to my ISO's to submit at 10AM for a FASTBALL-OFFER and be ble to sell the 90K offer and fund by 4pm.

All of Accord's offers are done manually by either one of the two owners, Adam Beebe and Mike Ballases. Once a file passes initial underwriting, either Adam or Mike picks it up for final underwriting and provides the offers. Because the owners are hands-on, they're able to take a second look to be able to compete against other offers like higher offer, longer term, lower rate, or weekly pay to win the deal. We don't win them all. We win some, we lose some. It's good to know they're there to provide quick decisions when you need it.

In your experience, who gets you hard offers the fastest and who takes the longest time?

For A-B paper, RDM takes about 2 hours to get an offer, but will fund before someone that gave you an offer in 30 minutes. Reason is you just need an email to request contracts. They send it via docusign. Weekly payments as well. Avraham is on here from time to time.
