    Several A Paper guys will offer those terms...but you are leaving out some facts

    1) what industry?
    2) What's the credit?
    3) What's the factor behind that 150K?
    4) Other balances to pay off?

    And, of course, are you demanding top commission dollar? Those deals can be structured and funded all day long at decent factor rates....but not with 10-12-15 points built in
