I'm just curious, has anyone tested the online notary with a COJ?
Not that I love COJs, but it may reduce the timing of the fundings from the COJ funders by 24 hours in many cases.

What I want to know is if anyone has seen a filed COJ on the NY courts.

My understanding is that NY accepts them as long as E-notary is legal in the state in which the business is located. If the state itself does not consider the notarization legal then NY will not respect it. I think its only legal in around 30 states.
