Who does 18 month deals that has no minimum net requirement on a payoff
IOU is giving me a hard time, merchant needs to pay off $100k balance with Quarterspot and is only looking to net $50k...
Most banks require the merchant to net 50%
Any ideas?

best I have heard is Rapid requires 35% net

We don't have a net rule @Lendvo. That said $100k is a big balance so the file has to be very high quality.
