- Find out if there is any senior debt
- Is he doing only B2C or also B2B work?
- Does he have any real estate or collateral that's available for leveraging?

Fundation has decent monthly programs. Definitely make sure to get a debt and real estate schedule along with a couple tax returns and a YTD P&L and balance sheet. This is an offer I just received to give you an idea on pricing but each deal is different with them. There are other cheaper secured loan options if there is decent real estate on the table.

Do yourself and your client a favor..... If they are providing commercial plumbing services, find a construction factor. $6Mil in revenue for most construction related companies equates to $900K to $1Mil in AR outstanding. If the end credits are decent you should be able to get them a decent rate on a $1.5Mil factoring facility.

A deal priced in the high teens you will make around $30K....if not more...

I don't doubt when a company says they can or are actually funding. Over the years i have seen many companies enter the space. some come - some go - and some even stay!

By point is don't act shocked or argue with someone that claims they fund -- they are out there!
