Everlasting is a great outfit....if you still need help TRUCKING is Mantis's Middle name are i am not sure of any other funding houses that fund more Super-Subprime trucking firms than Mantis Funding (can say just about the same for construction firms).

You(your client) should be able to find a vendor or distributor in the US who sells this equipment. TIB will be difficult to overcome unless he has good credit and depth to it as well.
