    SP Doctor Located in Cali Seeking First Position Money

    I have a doctor located in cali who has a balance for 25k with on deck. Merchant averages 280k a year. Who can fund this merchant and pay off the first balance. Most of my first position lenders are declining it because hes a sole prop

    280K a year is 23K a month.....has a balance of 25K. where is there room exactly?
