Speed Matter?
If we can give you a hard offer in 5-10 minutes on your file, are you more likely to accept the offer? Or would you still shop around for a few hours/days? Does speed really matter when selling an offer and if so how much?

Many of My ISO’s claim that they hear from the merchant that other brokers have reached out so in those cases speed does matter. Of course my non mca walk in the store brokers (that business finance is an ancillary product and client not talking to anyone else) don’t care about a rush offer and have no issues waiting2-5 days for other offer to all come in.

I’ve found that barring some hard emergency deadline, speed only becomes relevant once the funding process becomes unusually slower than initially described expectations.

Speed matters and kills at the same time. Beware of companies that issue terms sheets quickly that have not done much work. If the funder/lender has done a fair amount of work upfront they should understand the need and the client's business. There should also be a better certainty to close a deal. If the funder/lender has done the upfront work this also speed up the process of closing a deal.
