Having been in the industry since 2005 i always smile when i see someone post that they fund defaults..to me its like an airline saying we now fly with only 1 wing ! the model simply can NOT fly. (in my overly humble opinion).

It could have, or it might have been a different circumstance. I declined them upfront if i know about it, other iso reps here might submit them. But, i chose to not dilute my paper by submitting those type of files. I want my funders here see my email and price before the rest because the majority of my paper is cleaner. Everyone's busy here, so its my job to help alleviate that.

A deal might have slipped through the cracks, but im sure there's a different scenario than that.

Thanks for the plug ! we happen to be the most aggressive in the subprime space (and its about time all those not working with us should give us a try) with that said i was talking about the guys marketing that they fund defuelts all day as if that's their gig !
