It could have, or it might have been a different circumstance. I declined them upfront if i know about it, other iso reps here might submit them. But, i chose to not dilute my paper by submitting those type of files. I want my funders here see my email and price before the rest because the majority of my paper is cleaner. Everyone's busy here, so its my job to help alleviate that.

A deal might have slipped through the cracks, but im sure there's a different scenario than that.
