    Anyone Pay Off 3 Positions?

I have a client who has 3 advances from reputable firms doing half a mil a month and his advances total 150k. What lender would possibly look at buying out all 3 positions to establish a clean relationship? Any advice would be greatly appreciated

    - What's the industry?
    - What's the credit?
    - Is there any collateral?

What industry? Would they consider and asset bade line or factoring facility?

They are contracts with decent credit but no property based collateral I can double check though. I believe he wanted to go straight off receivables.

Construction is an industry we do not finance. Jason Lippman at nFusion Capital in Texas might be able to help. Jason is an ex-FarWest guy who started his own firm. When I was an investment banker I did a couple of deals with him and he was very good to my clients. Let me know if you would like an intro.

Happy to point you in the right direction..... I get nothing for it except cookies from Jason every Christmas.

Not sure if this helps you at all, but we have been paid off a couple of times in the last month by Elevate Funding and before that Lendr had paid us off a couple of times as well.

Not sure what the terms or the program was, but may be worth looking into.
