    Contractor With Bank Contracts Needs BLOC for About $100,000

    This guy already completed plenty of jobs. His issue is having enough to take on more jobs. He gets them from bank REO properties.

    With approx. $100,000, he can grow the company to double its revenue easily, as he can't take on more jobs than he can handle.

    Who does this type of financing?

    You gotta be more specific....
    - Unless the credit is 700+, then you're stuck with Bluevine/Fundbox options
    - Contractor or Subcontractor?
    - How is the client's revenue? Are they profitable?
