    Most guys that market that they fund defaults -- are usually out of the business within a few months.

    Is he paid in full? If they are paid in full you can send it to Last Chance Funding. They are a high risk shop but you don't get the feeling that you're working with scumbags. If they are not paid, then Atlas.

    We don't necessarily fund defaults, however we have been able to clean up a few defaulted or defaulting accounts. If the client is B2B and can Factor their invoices we can use that to help clean up their cash flow, maybe provide a small overadvance to help cover paying off existing defaults and combining with equipment finance if they have equity in equipment.

    there are different platforms... we can approve and fund defaults and high risks
