Closing cost are high, 10% I prefer UFS for those types of deals, although they have approved some deals that the other lenders did not.

Do you work with Pearl? Did you read the lawsuit saying that Orange is run by Pearls CEo's son? Do some research regardless of peoples experiences and come to your conclusion. He may be a good guy (I dont know him from adam) but know your bed before you lay in it.

Closing costs are average, and we have almost always been flexible to accomodate the merchant and ISO. There are times where closing costs are 10% when the deal is very high risk. I think that's understandable.

Pearl's CEO's son owns Pearl and doesn't just run it. Is there something wrong with a father and son being successful business owners in the same industry? You see it all the time in all industries, not just MCA.
