Closing cost are high, 10% I prefer UFS for those types of deals, although they have approved some deals that the other lenders did not.

Closing costs are average, and we have almost always been flexible to accomodate the merchant and ISO. There are times where closing costs are 10% when the deal is very high risk. I think that's understandable.
