Last few weeks

I need some feedback here...

Is it me, or has the last few weeks been complete chaos regarding closings. Docs signed and killed, UW delayed (not going to name names, but most know who), last minute merchant change of heart, etc.

Anyone else experiencing this? If so, any idea why? Season change? Tax returns? Need to make sense of this (please don't blame it on BB articles, or might not be experiencing at all). Not concerned, as plenty lined up, but FRUSTRATEDDDDD.
