I work for Commercial Finance Inc. Our line sizes are between 40,000 and 8,000,000
Domestic Factoring
Specialize in Trucking & Oil and Gas, we know a majority of the debtors in those spaces so approvals are quick.
We work with most B2B as long as there are no progress payments, retention payments or insurance payments.
Pricing is going to be variable depending on industry and debtor payment history. I work with brokers on pricing as long as it is within our credit limits.
Fees – We have a 350 due diligence fee at the time that the LOI is signed. We do not have a bunch of hidden fees within the contract. We usually offer 1 year terms to our contracts.
We are owned by an equipment finance company, so at times we will refinance equipment for the client to get cash out or lower the interest rate if they were in a high risk loan.
We will provide an OverAdvance to our clients while they are with us as a service as long as the account is performing. At times we do this at first funding to help get them out of MCA’s or other negative debt situations.
We will also come in as a DIP lender if needed.
