    GOLF COURSE $1.5M on Returns - Steve 210-290-4102

    Golf Course within a country club showing $1.5M on returns, has 1st position with pay-pal that expires on may21 paying $2100 / wkly -

    Problem is, the borrower / Applicant has been a silent partner for the past 2 yrs, and only active in the business for the past 8 months - they need $150,000 for 8-11 months.

    I think one of the Principals there is pretty deep in the industry and live in Palm Beach Gardens. It might be worth a call.

    Summit Capital can help. We can never compete with pay pals rates but we can offer him what he is looking for. His name has been on the businesses books for longer than 6 months so that is plus. His revenue is good as well but I would like to see how business is currently doing. His returns will be looked at but we will focus on the last 3 statements to present an approval.
