I almost said Mantis until i read your message a little closer....I think its a time for the industry to take notice that Mantis is KING for subprime construction (and transportation and all other B-Zzz -- Files)... we are making offers and funding hours later...its very competitive market and merchants are getting multiple calls a day you need a mantis-speed to win!!

Yep. Average deal was a 1.38. You had first funds / American micro loans / advance me / ARF / rapid / amerimerchant / and a few others names some that that got smoked out faster then they came in.
