60 120k with personal bk
I have a merchant that does 60-120k monthly. No positions but he has a personal ch13 Bk he has been paying on and is current. He got a 20k offer from Kabbage but wasn’t enough money, so he didn’t take it. Who can do this file? Average ledgers are good. He’s in the healthcare industry and consults doctors and clinics. Doesn’t accept any insurance

Why must you say you are a funder blah blah blah then say youll split it 50/50...just be up front about being a broker it will be much easier to make friends
