I have someone who owns a restaurant and is looking for a third position, who needs ideally 250k, possibly he would go low towards 100k if was only option. He was originally funded 150k and 200k. His outstanding balances presently, remain as 23k and 55k. 23k will be paid off in full in a few weeks. Merchant grosses 400k^ monthly, has great banks, maybe 1 negative at end of month because of his AR gap, and is looking for around 1.30 if possible. Term is the most important to him i would say... 12 months he is looking for.. but will settle for less if numbers work,, and up to 6250 a week in payments....

issue is .. merchant had to reogranize business bc when he bought it it had legacy sales tax issue so he formed a new entity and bankrupted the old one.He kept making payments to lenders under new entity...

I am just saying what he is looking for.. let me know if anyone can do something along these lines thanks

I may not be able to get to 250k on this one but I feel that I can get close. The term I can most likely get around 6 months being that it's a 3rd and the rate I will Be able to go down to a 1.39. Please feel Free to reach out if I can be of any help here.

Try Ondeck they will pay 2 advances and give you a new First with the terms you want . or IOU can do a second 12 months
