the subject mentions two positions open, but you fail to list info on those two positions. Based on the negative day info, it seems the merchant is having cash flow issues, so I don't see how adding a third position is going to help him (sounds like it would just create bigger NSF issues)

Depending on the balance,s I would try to taker out those positions and keep one CC based deal in there.

Otherwise, you are setting the merchant up for default and/or closing the business. Then you lose any potential renewal and piss off the funder who gave the guy a shot. A real win-win.

Why is the credit at 625? If you can determine why, and if it is something that can be easily addressed, your client could be in position for a term with a 25 point bump in his score. Have you considered this?

CC split means less money is going to hit the bank account. Which means NSFs increase. This isn’t difficult to understand.

Absolutely it'll lead to more NSFs. Less cash being deposited in bank account. They ALREADY have problems managing cash flow...a split, resulting in smaller deposits, will only make it worse

The merchant is seeking additional funding, so you are going to stack them a 3rd time?
they are only grossing $50K per month, not much to work with.

Viper didn't give all the information. 1) what are remaining balances & 2) what are the daily pulls vs the revenue?

Mantis may be able to fund without Split... its case by case but believe we have one of the highest (if not the highest) NSF max in the super subprime game!

how would this not lead to more nsfs??? less money going into the account everyday. Especially if its a lock box where the money will be held for an extra day and this is a restaurant which means they are busy during weekends, that money will not hit their account until Tuesday or Wednesday and you are saying this will not cause more issues??
