5% Bonus on First Funded Deal & 3% Bonus on Texas Deals
As a direct funder based out of Houston Texas, we LOVE Texas deals. So much we pay 3% on top of commission for Texas deals (excluding contractors, trucking, and auto sales...we still fund them, they just don't qualify for the bonus).
