    Squatter 2-Family For Sale Worth $599,000?? How To Remove The Squatters???

    Anybody want to take over such a property @ 70% LTV? Property is in NY, NY.

    Seller is entertaining offers ASAP, but nothing insanely low-balled.

    typically, the owner needs to file eviction procedures and depending on state it could take anywhere from 6 months to 1 year (ever for squatters) - now some states have different laws for squatters so check with the county clerk or call the sheriff dept.
