    Factoring: Hard To Place Deals

Merchant is doing $200k to $300k monthly. Telecomm antenna/tower install, repair and maintenance. Receivables come from 3-4 clients that are Fortune 500 grade or a subsidiary etc. Currently on net 30 to net 45 terms. FICO around 650. The issue is the merchant's messy business profile.

Thanks! My initial thought is that the merchant is going to be a tier or two below Seacoast grade.

    OG_Funder,

Please give me a ring on this deal. I know the tower service industry very well and it can be tricky to finance. Some factors cannot do these deals because the way the contracts are structured. We have some ways around the contract hurdles.

Again...they probably cannot finance a good portion of the invoices because of the contracts.

Kevin is a great starting point. If the backstory on ownership profile is too hairy he will let you know swiftly.

Thanks Richard! So long as the owner is not a felon, juggles kittens, or eats baby seal sandwiches for lunch....we should be OK.

    Thanks everyone!

@Kevin- As it looks now all invoices are able to be factored. But the merchant is sending over the contracts and MSA's tonight so I should have a better handle on that issue if it does exist. I'll give you a call in the morning.
