I have to agree with west coast. It is annoying when people pose as Direct Lenders. If you are a broker looking for files just say it outright because it's going to come out eventually. And if that's the case, i'm all good. I can shop out my own files. Now aside from Atlas, is there anyone that funds previous defaults that are not resolved. Preferably someone that didn't just open a DF account yesterday.

We fund along side mainstreet on certain deals sure, we get them involved on certain deals due to the fact that 99% of our deals are high risk, so it makes common sense to split the risk a little, but we never charge broker fees and the commission schedule remains exactly the same.

The majority of the deals we fund are not with mainstreet, and you can see that with a quick UCC and judgement search, let me know if you need me to show you where to look, or if you need anything else clarified, it's all public information.

Most importantly, we fund under our name, file and collect under our name.... Look it up
