Looking for construction loan funder
Project based construction company doing over 1 million in sales a year is seeking funding. Deposits in these last few months have been infrequent and low about 20K per. Prior months have been 100K plus months. New project is commencing and I have a copy of the contract. This deals needs to be done yesterday. Let me know.

Invoice factoring may be better option to go or if they have any collateral such as trucks, tractors, or trailers they can use ?
