Questions:

How much skin is buyer putting into the deal?

Does the purchaser have any experience in the Health and Beauty space?

What are they buying? Equipment? Inventory? a Lease and Goodwill?

Is the Franchise up and running and profitable?

Does the buyer have personal collateral to post in the event the business goes sideways?

Feel free to touch base on these types of deals. We do them routinely but deal cannot be a scenario where the buyer expects a lender to assume all the risk.

Richard, re your 4th question, do some franchises start selling units before they are up and running? I cant imagine thats being done much cause whole point of franchise is proof of concept
