You want to cap your daily payments as a percentage of the ADB. So if a merchants ADB is $750 and your payment comes out to $350 that's a major no no. You are now eating up 47% of the cash a merchant has on hand every day. How will they run their business? Rule of them is, your payments should be no more than a third of the merchants ADB. The larger the spread, the safer the deal.

Dailies come into play when testing affordability. Based off historical figures (last 3 months of statements), will the merchant go negative with the additional position? If so, how many times? Personally, I don't care about credit (5% of my decision). I really care about how someone spends their money; This is something that is harder to put in guidelines for ISOs.

I understand this now, absolutely thanks for the insight.

I believe I've seen Vader give offers based on months revenue aside from even average daily balance being lower than the payment itself.
    Have you seen this before?

Need to look at all the factors, but remember that when Vader effectively charges 40 cents per dollar advanced over 3 months, they can take chances and eat some defaults that wouldn't work for those who make less and over a longer period of time.
