The big bank CEOs emphasizes shadow banking needed to be looked at during testimony yesterday in front of congress on cnbc. Dont think the topic of our specific mca space came up, but small business lending did

they don't like it when they are held to regulations that others aren't. Why should shadow guys make 20-30% on deals, but they cannot? I believe their ask is that they are held to the same standards/regulations.....AND repercussions for malfeasance
