i just funded a 75k with on deck for someone that 2 months ago had 4 positions in the bank statements. we got all the zero balances letters and they were fine with it

Merchants are on datamerch because of stacking?? Haven't heard that before, can anyone verify if thats a legit reason datamerch reports? Double funding and lying to the funder is different.

DataMerch has members that are 1st position only and members that do multiple positions. Normally a stacking record would be entered by a 1st position member because the merchant breached their contract and took additional funds. That information might be important to a future 1st position funder knowing the merchants past track record.

DataMerch is not a blacklist and/or do not fund list. We provide our members data on merchants to help their underwriting departments decide if they want to approve/decline a merchant.
