I don't do very many equipment deals so I'm looking for some guidance. Contractor is looking to buy an insulation spray foam rig for $60k. Credit score is 800. Monthly revenues are $40k. What are the best options?

AllDayMoney-Thanks for the reference, but we cannot do equipment loans as a stand-alone deal and this would be way too small. We only consider equipment and inventory as an accommodation to a receivables facility (Factoring or ABL). Our bare minimum monthly revenue is $150K/month. Also considering the ask is for an insulation sprayer it would not be a fit as we do not touch construction related businesses.

I could help out here on this deal but depends on how long the client has been in business. Generally our banks like to see 2-3yrs TIB at minimum and 70-90% comp credit if this is the clients 1st commercial deal. well since you heard that many times, let me share with you many times to level set the recommendation of TopMark...... I was contacted by them because of an inquiry I made on their webite, the offer was send me your lead, if it closes, I'll give $250.00 ...... that's a rip off if I ever heard one
