so the first position is already taking almost 19% of the overall revenue of the business. How is there room for anyone else? OF COURSE the merchant is suffocating under all of this.

You better serve both the merchant and yourself if you found out both balances and see if someone would buy them both out and go longer term. Then again, you mentioned low FICO, so I don't know here. Buying out that second would be insane if the balance is over 2K....you would be taking almost 30% of the merchant's revenue....GROSS revenue. How are they supposed to survive under those conditions?
